What Radar keeps, what Deevoted sees, and for how long.
What Radar keeps
Radar is a window onto your work with Deevoted. Your sites, projects and requests live in Deevoted's own project system, and Radar shows them to you. Radar itself keeps only:
- your sign-in session, which ends after 7 days without use or when you sign out
- sign-in links, stored in a form that can't be turned back into the link, which expire after 15 minutes and are deleted within a day
What Deevoted sees
Views are recorded. Deevoted can see when you sign in, which pages, rounds and links you open, the files you download, and the requests, approvals and comments you send. That helps us follow up at the right time. Deevoted's own activity isn't shown to you.
To help with a problem, Deevoted staff can view Radar as you see it. They can't change anything while they do, and each time is logged.
Signing in
Radar is invite-only. If you sign in with an emailed link, we use your email address to send it. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, Radar receives your name, your email address and whether that provider has confirmed the address. It doesn't receive your password, contacts or files.
Cookies
Radar sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect forms. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Questions
Ask the person at Deevoted or at your agency who invited you. They can also remove your access.
